Our main goal is to provide accurate information and never assume that any reports via news media are always stated as “alleged”. I’m a diehard Washington Commanders, Alabama Crimson Tide,  Washington Nationals, Washington Wiz, Washington Nats & Baltimore Orioles fan.. I will always defend KD & AI to the death of me ..LOL

Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. Former nationally ranked junior tennis star. Graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Springfield, Virginia where he starred in basketball becoming All District POY, All Northern Va Region POY, 1st Team all Sate and 1st team All Met Washington DC. Played division basketball 🏀 at the University of Dayton where he’s scored over 1000 points and holds the schools record for the highest 3 point field goal percentage in a season. Favorite NFL team is the Baltimore Ravens and he’s a huge Notre Dame Fighting Irish ☘️ fan  RUDY! RUDY!

Omar aka “O Dog” joins our team with more than 12 years of relevant experience, starting with his college and professional career as a defensive back. He was among the CFL’s top defensive players in 2005. Omar’s career then took him to Arizona for 8 years where he worked as a performance coach in North Scottsdale. He had the opportunity to work one-on-one with over 50 professional athletes, including Terrell Suggs, Lamarr Woodley, Nate Clements, Antoine Bethea, and Ryan Shazier. These athletes will attest to his unique approach and personalized attention to each of them while helping them maintain or regain their performance levels. Omar has gained comprehensive exposure to diverse techniques and training methods throughout his career. Since relocating, he has been focused more on high school kids in the Northern Virginia community, helping them optimize their performance levels both on and off season.
